About Me

Amit Kumar is a China Analyst with the Indo-Pacific Studies Programme at the Takshashila Institution, a non-partisan think tank and public policy education school based in Bengaluru.

His research primarily focuses on issues at the intersection of the economy, technology and security in China's Politics. He also works on the trade and security aspects of India-China relations. 

His writings have appeared in several media houses that include Foreign Policy, Nikkei Asia, The Hindu, Hindustan Times, Indian Express, The Print, The Quint, Deccan Herald, Firstpost among others.
